Please use this fax for sending all documentation relating to C&G Caseflow (e.g. direct debits/payslips). Don’t forget to download the Intermediary Fax Cover Sheet and include the mortgage account number when you fax these documents to avoid any delays.

The following applications cannot be processed via C&G Caseflow and must be sent via post:

*Customers with foreign bank accounts

If we ask for any supporting documents with an application please make sure you send certified copies only NOT originals.
