Change to Mortgage Choice Form
Change to Mortgage Choice form for C&G Caseflow
applications
For pre-offer C&G Caseflow applications, if your client
wishes to amend the details of their mortgage choice, this can be
done by selecting the relevant section from the left-hand
navigation menu in C&G Caseflow, and then updating the
information. Once the amends have been made, submit the changes by
clicking the 'Submit FMA' button to ensure the application is
passed to processing.
Where the change involves a new product fee, always select ‘Add
to the loan’, when prompted to collect any previously added fee,
contact your helpline for assistance.
Alternatively you can use the process below for post-offer
cases.
If your client's application is at the post-offer stage and
there is a change of mortgage choice, please record details on the
Change to Mortgage Choice form, which can be located below, and fax
it to 0845 600 2367.
Change to Mortgage Choice for non C&G Caseflow
applications
For applications you have been unable to submit on C&G
Caseflow (Ported products, Homeowner Loans and customers with
foreign bank accounts), please record details on the Change to
Mortgage Choice form, which can be located below, and fax it to
0845 600 2367.
