Fee Refund Request Form
We’re trialling a more streamlined method of
managing our intermediary refund process by collecting all required
information on a standard refund form. This will make the process
much more efficient for you.
You can find the refund form to download
below, and should complete it fully and e-mail it to us at Refunds@lloydstsb.co.uk. If
your form is not completed correctly we’ll return it to you to
provide the necessary information so we can continue
processing.
Please also note the £99 is non-refundable and
we will only consider a refund if there is clearly an error on our
behalf.
