Offset Saver form - Porting an Offset Mortgage

When a client wants to port a C&G/Lloyds TSB Offset Mortgage, please make sure that they fully complete and sign a new Offset Saver form.

This form will need to be completed and sent back to C&G before we can produce the mortgage offer. Once completed please send to:
