Change to Payment Protection form
Change to Payment Protection Plus insurance information
for C&G Caseflow applications
For pre-offer C&G Caseflow applications, if your clients
wish to amend the details of their payment protection plus
insurance – in C&G Caseflow, select ‘Product Details’ from
the left-hand navigation menu, ensure that the appropriate box has
been ticked, and then update ‘PPP details’ from the same menu. Once
the amends have been made, submit the changes by clicking the
'Submit FMA' button to ensure the application is passed to
processing.
If your client's application is at the post-offer stage and
there is a change to payment protection plus insurance, please
record details on the Change to Payment Protection form,
which can be located below, and fax it to 0845 600
2367 using the Intermediary Fax

Change to Payment Protection Plus insurance information
for non C&G Caseflow applications
For applications you have been unable to submit on C&G
Caseflow (Offset mortgages, Ported products, Homeowner Loans and
customers with foreign bank accounts), please fax the completed
Change to Payment Protection form to 0845 600
2367 using the Intermediary Fax
Cover Sheet.
