Additional Mortgages form
This form must be completed for
all applications where the customer’s mortgage
commitments include any element of mortgaged Buy-to-Let or second
home properties, including main residence applications with buy-to
lets or second homes in the background. Complete this form
and fax it using the fax cover
sheet.
