Buy-to-Let Mortgages form
This form must be completed for
all applications where the customer’s mortgage
commitments includes any element of mortgaged Buy-to-Let
properties, including main residence applications with buy-to
lets in the background. Complete this form and fax it using the
fax cover sheet.
