Homeowner Loan Application Form
If your client wishes to take further borrowing, complete
the Homeowner Loan application form, including the front cover
sheet which details what region you are in within Customer
Fulfillment and send it together with the Mortgage Application fees form to:

Please ensure that credit card details are entered on
the ‘Mortgage application fees’ form and not on the ‘Homeowner Loan
application’ form.

Important Information
Interest is calculated on a daily basis on new C&G mortgages
and Homeowner Loans. If the interest on your clients' main mortgage
is calculated annually, and they take out a Homeowner Loan, they'll
need to convert their mortgage to daily interest. There may be a
charge for this and the Homeowner Loan process may take slightly
longer than usual.
