Text message updates now
available for C&G Caseflow
users
Case updates are now available by text message
for C&G Caseflow users.
From 7th May 2008, C&G Caseflow
users will receive text messages at the following key stages of
each mortgage application:
- Application received
- Valuation instructed
- Valuation OK
- Offer letter issued
- Revised offer letter issued
- Completion
To sign up for the new text message update
service, simply tick the box in the Marketing preferences area of
C&G Caseflow that says ‘I would like to receive case updates by
text message’. New users will be prompted at registration and
existing users should visit the Marketing preferences area in the
‘My Profile’ section on C&G Caseflow. Don’t forget to check
that the mobile number you’ve given us as part of your contact
details is up-to-date and accurate when you visit!
