An
enhancement to speed up case
progress…
We’re making a change that will speed up the
progress of cases on C&G Caseflow - making things simpler for
you. This change relates to cases where an approved decision has
been given by underwriters following referral.
- Until now, after an application had been authorised by
underwriters their approval had still been needed at a later stage
if the application was subsequently amended, or when a decision in
principle had progressed to the full application.
- We changed this on Monday 4 May to improve the efficiency with
which these cases progress.
- From today, provided no significant changes are made to an
application on C&G Caseflow, it will be automatically
authorised, with no further underwriter referral or approval
required.
This is another improvement we’re making
based on your feedback. We understand that
turnaround and response times are a key factor in your decision to
recommend us, and this is just one of the changes we’re making to
improve our service to you.
