Case updates by email now
available for C&G Caseflow
users
Case updates are now available by email for
all C&G Caseflow users.
C&G Caseflow users, who have signed up to
this service, will now start to receive emails at the following key
stages of each mortgage application:
- Application received
- Valuation instructed
- Valuation OK
- Offer letter issued
- Revised offer letter issued
- Completion
If you’d like to sign up for the message update service, simply
tick the Case Update Preferences area of C&G Caseflow
that says ‘I would like to receive case updates by email’.
If you’re a new user, we’ll prompt you at registration. If
you’re an existing user, then all you need to do is:
- visit the Case Update Preferences area in the ‘My
Profile’ section of C&G Caseflow
- check the email address you provided us with in ‘Contact
Information’ is correct
- press the ‘Submit’ button
and you’ll start to receive email updates on any new cases you
submit.
If you would prefer to receive case updates by text message tick
‘I would like to receive case updates by text message’ instead.
We’re unable to provide case updates by both email and text
message. By signing-up to receive email updates you won’t receive
text message updates, even if the text message box is ticked
inadvertently. If you wish to stop receiving case updates, please
uncheck the relevant box under Case Update Preferences in your
profile.
