Caseflow has been enhanced for you
Following your feedback, today we’ve launched
a number of improvements to C&G Caseflow to improve your
experience when submitting applications to us.
What are we changing?
- You’ll now find our Solicitors and Income Details pages quicker
and easier to use thanks to some brand new functionality.
- We’ve made visual improvements to the Case Summary page so it’s
easier to distinguish between KFI, DIP & FMA application types,
and quickly identify any new cases with outstanding actions, such
as collecting fees.
- And a number of other cosmetic changes to questions give
greater clarity, so you should be able to complete applications
without the need for help.

on how you would like to see C&G Caseflow changed to suit your
