What’s more important – technology or
BDMs?
In Mortgage Edge, Mark Blackwell, Head of Corporate and
Specialist Intermediary Sales, shares his opinion on what is more
important to brokers – technology or BDMs.
Mark considers BDMs to be more important for two reasons -
because introducers expect product providers to have fast IT and
because our marketplace is business to business and so thrives on
personal selling.
“Both factors are key to an integrated proposition but the
strength of the BDM relationship – a quality BDM – should not be
underestimated.”
