What’s more important – technology or BDMs?

 

In Mortgage Edge, Mark Blackwell, Head of Corporate and Specialist Intermediary Sales, shares his opinion on what is more important to brokers – technology or BDMs.

 

Mark considers BDMs to be more important for two reasons - because introducers expect product providers to have fast IT and because our marketplace is business to business and so thrives on personal selling.
