These deals are available on an interest only and/or repayment basis for additional borrowing only

 

• For total borrowing above 75%, the new borrowing must be on repayment
• The drawdown date for loans is 30 June 2010
• At the end of the fixed-rate period the interest rate charged will switch to the Standard Variable Mortgage Rate, currently 2.50%
