Mortgage Fees & Charges

Product fees

• Will be added to the loan
• Non-refundable
• Interest is charged on fees when they are added to the loan, at the interest rate of the client’s main C&G mortgage account
• Where a client splits a loan between different products, if there is more than one product fee, only the highest fee will apply

• From the mortgage start date customers will have 30 days to pay off fees interest free - to do this customers can either:

   

  -call the Mortgage Helpline on 0845 6031 637 and pay over the phone by debit card or

   

  -send payment via cheque to: Scunthorpe Mortgage Unit, PO Box 74, Kingsway, Scunthorpe DN17 1AP

   

• Please do not choose the ‘fees up front’ option in Caseflow, the default will shortly be updated to add the fee to the loan.
