I have more than one application for the same client. How do I submit them?
Multiple applications for the same client must
be submitted as separate applications and each must be accompanied
by full supporting documentation. Each case may be dealt with by a
different member of staff who will require sight of a full
application.
Sight of original documentation e.g. salary
slips, and accountants’ references are not always necessary but
copy documents submitted must be certified as copies of the
originals by an intermediary.

I have some outstanding documentation to send you e.g. Accountants reference or salary slips. Where and when do I send these documents?
Please wait until a mortgage account number is
allocated, and make sure that any subsequent documentation you send
us is clearly marked with that mortgage account number.

Who are the acting solicitors?
If the customer has not appointed their own
solicitor, the name and contact details of their C&G appointed
solicitor will appear on the offer letter. Alternatively,
please contact your regional processing
team and we will confirm the details.
