About Ask Claire
Who is Claire?
Claire is our virtual assistant
who’s there to answer your questions, taking you to pages within
the site, and offering a speedy alternative to making a phone
call.
You can ask her questions 24 hours a day,
seven days a week to help you find the information you need on our
website.
Claire can answer questions about C&G
mortgages and lending policy, and give help with using C&G
Caseflow, including how to find your local contact within C&G.
Why not try giving Claire your postcode details and she’ll be able
to tell you who your local BDM and dedicated regional processing
team are.
If you need help simply, ask Claire a
question!
How is Claire updated?
Claire is always learning so she can be a
really effective assistant for you. We monitor her responses to
keep her updated so you get the best possible service.
You can help us to help you
