Terms and conditions for using Ask Claire

  1. Ask Claire is a service designed to help you and guide you to the information you need on our website and C&G Caseflow.

    If you need to speak directly to your BDM or regional processing team  please contact them directly.

    Or if have any problems using this service please call our Technical Helpdesk for assistance on 0845 603 6082.

  2. We monitor this service and track the conversations and answers returned. This enables us to keep our answers up-to-date to provide you with the best service; however, we do not know who you are.

  3. For customer privacy reasons please do not enter case number details or customer information into Ask Claire. Please only use C&G Caseflow to track your cases or speak directly to your BDM or regional processing team.
